Care

Rope Jewelry: Avoid getting your rope jewelry wet. You can gently clean the rope with lukewarm water and mild non colored dishwashing soap. Please store your rope jewelry in the pouch it is delivered in when you don't wear it.

Gold and silver plated jewelry: plated jewelry can tarnish over time. You can delay this process by doing the following: Avoid contact with water, creams, perfumes, body oils and make up.

Brass coins: Brass will tarnish over time. You can clean your coin 2 ways:

- Mix baking soda and lemon juice. Apply the paste with an old toothbrush. let it dry. rinse it with water. dry it with a soft cloth

- Apply BRASSO with an old toothbrush. rinse it with water and dry it with a soft cloth

Wallhangings: Like anything that hangs on the wall the dust will find it. You can clean your fiber art with a dust grabbing cloth.

I have had the pleasure of creating custom fiber art pieces for numerous discerning clients. I invite you to browse some of my past work below. I am currently welcoming new commissions. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns

  • I accept returns on unworn items in their original condition and packaging.
  • Due to the handmade nature of my work, I can only accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Personalized or customized items are final sale. Sale items are also final sale.
  • To request a return, please email me at catdonohue11@gmail.com.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and returns postmarked outside the 7-day window will not be accepted.
  • I cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen returns so please email me your tracking number once available.


Exchanges

  • I do not process exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, I ask that you request a return and then place a new order.

Refunds

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Allow 1-2 weeks for processing upon our receipt of the return.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval (this may vary depending on your bank).
  • Sale items are non-refundable.

  • Each item is handmade to order, requiring 5-7 business days for shipment preparation.
  • Shipping time frames provided at checkout indicate estimated delivery duration after dispatch.
  • Lead time for commissions will be discussed independently of shipping policies.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information.
  • Returned orders due to address errors may incur additional shipping fees upon reissue.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed.
  • We do not process shipments on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods and Tracking

  • All orders are sent via traceable shipping services.
  • Once delivered, packages become the customer's responsibility and I am not accountable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.
  • If you require any special services (e.g. signature-required, expedited delivery etc.) please email me as soon as possible after placing your order.

Domestic Shipping Options

  • Standard Ground: Typically 2-6 business days post-shipment.
  • Express Delivery: Usually 1-3 business days post-shipment.

International Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping.
  • Customers are liable for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
  • International Express: Estimated 2-4 business days post-shipment.
  • Standard International: Approximately 10-25 days post-shipment.
  • Delivery times for international orders may vary and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Do not refuse delivery due to customs charges
  • Rejected deliveries will incur a $20 restocking fee plus return shipping costs
  • Refunds for rejected international orders will only be processed after we receive the returned item
